Coffee or a quiet dinner on our first date so we can really get to know each other. Our second date we go for a long ride through the North Cascades in a vintage Corvette convertible, stopping to enjoy the fabulous views at Washington Pass Overlook. Before leaving, we share a soft, intimate kiss at the edge of the overlook. The sounds, the people and the views all fading into the background with the passion of the moment. Walking hand in hand we return to the car with hearts all a flutter. From there we wind our way back to the Sun Mountain Spa in Winthrop. Refreshed and relaxed we grab a riverside table at the Old Schoolhouse Brewery and retire to our room with a view to the mountains.
