I've carved out a niche doing demolition of bridges and foundations, where there's no competition. In the agricultural division, our wild horse mismanagement of government, have enabled the Bureau of Land Management to offer privatized contracts to land owners of large pasture grounds for horses. That has enabled acquisitions that were not possible previously, since you only make money raising cows about one in 18 or 19 years on average...so keep growing...which means a lot of debt...but so far,the business model keeps paying off.
Keeping a keen eye to opportunities in each sector, as I was raised into the tourism world here in Colorado...with a family deep into heavy civil construction. I have branched out into buying and selling of used trucks...which enables that division to be placing some units into the other divisions to minimize overhead.
