Weights, swimming, bicycling, hiking. Thinking about yoga. I’m not much for a stationary bike, I’d rather be outdoors. Swimming is wonderful exercise. I love nature so biking on a river trail is wonderful. I have a goal to bike from Pittsburgh to Washington D.C. in the next few years. I have done a lot of back packing and hiking and love it.
