I work out 4-5 days a week in the gym. I don't smoke and rarely drink. I eat alot of seafood, fresh fruits and vegetables, but I do love a good steak! I don't eat s u g a r anymore and I try drinking lots of water. I'm interested in trying yoga and meditation. The whole mind,body, spirit thing really intrigues me.
