Right now, it is primarily watching what I eat and taking my dogs for a walk or getting on my treadmill. I relocated here from TX the end of 2018 and immediately started a very strenuous workload which precluded me from much outside of it, including fitness. Although I don't do much these days, my days of working my life away are over so I knew it was time to move on! Once I got a new, less demanding job, Covid hit and gym membership thoughts went right out the window. My favorite form of exercise is swimming laps and one of my resolutions this year is to find a place I can do it.
