I am a fitness fanatic! I believe that we can always improve upon ourselves and and learn more! I try to learn new things every day. For my personal fitness goals I am trying to gain muscle while becoming more lean. That means I try to eat lots of protein while staying in a calorie deficit. I go to the gym every day; working out is not only my passion but my escape! I take pride in pushing myself every gym session. Right now I am on a “push, pull, legs” rotation with light cardio incorporated. I would love to talk about fitness if that’s an interest you share too!
