Fitness (weights), HIIT and Yoga 3/5 a week I Love training, but not a freak! No su**, very little sweets, little processed carbs. High proteins and healthy fats are my favo. (Seafood, raw red tuna fan, lobster, sushi/Japanese food lover and fan! But hey I’m Argentinian, how could I say no to a juicy steak? And I’m also Italian!! How could I say no to Italian food?!? Lol 😝 In general, I eat very healthy on my daily basis, but I’m not on a permanent low calories diet AT ALL! I grant myself the permission of enjoyment, either a good tasty meal, good wine or/and champagne anytime without feeling guilty!
