I have a personal trainer and we train daily, he is a retired champion fighter and we do kickboxing every single evening...
I also have a mini gym at home that I use mostly mornings after waking up..
I love going for long walks just like we do in Europe.. I walk bakers park in Naples every day
I also swim daily
I am active day and evening to keep in shape as I did gain some weight when I moved to California during Covid-19 (Bad Luck)
Also, I only eat healthy
Not into junk food or processed american diet ..
