I enjoy brisk-walking several times a week as it helps me to maintain a good mental attitude and keep my body toned. I just got back into riding my bike after having a bad fall 5 months ago. I also workout at home my upper torso with my hand weights. I am not muscle-bound or a carved out Barbie-Doll. But for 66, I’ve been told I look wonderful. LOL
