Keep moving, small meals, hiking, light basketball, (I'm a goat when it comes to hills)....so if you like the calf burn and achieving that nirvanna of looking back around at where you came to see the view and splendor....then you get me. I also play golf, and can do just about any sport-so I think lol. I am 53 but I'm 5 in dog years ;) . If you don't get that, you will never get that. I also love animals btw, and they love me...they run to me like long lost souls who are happy to see a soul they knew and loved. And that is so cool and heart warming to me. Unless your dog has been conditioned to do otherwise of course.
