I work out, am always on the go, and I'm aware of what I put into my body. It's really more about what you eat than how much you workout, but you need both for a healthy mind and healthy body. I don't diet, and I'll eat most things, focusing on healthy foods, but not everything I eat is healthy. I have a latte every day. I'm sure it has nothing to do with staying in shape, but good to have a routine!
