Mind, body, emotion and spirit are deeply interconnected. So everyday I pay attention to all of those aspects and practice my Qigong daily even just for a few minutes. Meditation is part of that practice. I also stay active with ballroom dance (not so much right now because of covid), go to the beach, rivers, springs, parks, kayak, stand up board, biking, yoga & acro yoga.....
