Well honestly, that may be the only thing I take for granted. Since weight gain or loss has ever been a problem for me, doing what I should to stay in shap n healthy I don't do enough of. I love eating n drinking what I want, and I should be more discipline. But there's so many other ways of getting exercise, I have to say that that's a task not hard to keep up with!!😆
