I work out at a fitness club 3-4 x/week. I use free weights, do cardio, machines, pilates, yoga, occasional squash and spinning. I like to mix it up. Sometimes a nice long walk or bike ride will suffice. Because I live in Michigan I’ve learned to enjoy the snow, cross country, downhill, or snowshoeing.
