I follow a Keto lifestyle, intermittentant fasting. I am active and am trying to weed out bad foods, etc so I can have the best chance of living until I am a 100. :) I want to make the most of the rest of my life and if I am healthy then I'll be up to the challenges and adventures which come my way. I do still partake in adult beverages occasionally, so please know I am not a total boring, strict person. :)
