I workout 4-5 days a week which includes weightlifting, HIIT and some cardio. I'm not a gym bro to where the gym is life, but keeping my body in shape and feeling strong is very important to me. I do my best to eat healthy with plenty of meat, eggs, vegetables and fruits while having the flexibility to eat foods I enjoy. The two things I have really focused on the last few years that has benefited me drastically is getting enough sleep and water consistently. I'm not one that will ever turndown going out to eat or having a drink with you, because that time spent together provides a bigger benefit than the gym could ever give me.
