Fitness is just part of my daily schedule. If i have flights very early, i am in the gym earlier. As a college athlete, i realized the value of keeping in shape especially when injuries on the field happened. The better the shape i was in, the shorter the recovery period. As i got older, it became VERY IMPORTANT that no matter how successful one might be, it means NOTHING if you cannot enjoy it DUE TO POOR HEALTH. If anyone has ever been on a very fast Arabian or Thoroughbred over open range, on a track or estate grounds, you would realize very quickly what shape you are in especially if you are riding FULL OUT with very competitive riders on a challenging course when quitting is not an option and your life is MORE SECURE by the shape you are in.
