There is no suitable substitute for diet and exercise when it comes to great physical fitness. I try to eat right, for the most part, eating lots of fruits, vegetables and drinking lots of water. Prior to the COVID-19 pandemic, I worked out in the gymnasium four to five days per week. Until the pandemic is under control, and things normalize a little, I now maintain fitness by running and exercising outdoors three to four days per week. And, of course, as a retired military officer, I undergo a complete physical examination and testing annually with my Primary Care Physician at the USAF Hospital Langley Flight Surgeon General's Office.
