I’m an active individual who tries to do a balance of yoga (heated gentle or yin is my favorite! But I can be convinced to do a power class if I’m feeling competitive 😉), weight lifting and various forms of cardio. Paddle boarding, hiking and roller blading are some of my faves! But I will trudge on a treadmill if I’m trying to reach my bikini goals.
