I am very active and exercise every day. Typically, I run and practice yoga on a daily basis. In between I hike all over the mountains and trails where I live, ice skate, snow shoe, ski, swim, paddleboard and kayak, daily dog walks or hikes. I also volunteer with a wildlife facility that is a complete overall physical workout.
