My exercise routine is between three - four times per week and consists of: walking, swimming, dance, & Yoga. I do some light weight lifting for toning. I don't believe in doing anything excessively unless it is healthy and natural. Therefore, smoking and excessive drinking is something I avoid at all times. Instead, I gravitate towards healthy life choices in nutrition and in life in general. You can't overdose on taking care of yourself. I pay attention to eating healthy- nutritious meals. However, I do splurge from time to time with chocolate. I also enjoy trying new flavors and recipes and will occasionally indulge in gourmet foods on special occasions. I am healthy and fit, but not perfect. Like any woman, I suppose, there is always something I want to improve on my body.
