I work out literally every single day. Former two sport college athlete, I picked up trail running in my 20’s, weightlifting in my 30’s and power yoga too along the way. Later I started playing tennis and became a 3.5 USTA ranked doubles player. Not bad for a guy who didn’t even touch a racket until 50. And finally I added swimming three days a week. I know I probably sound OCD or like an endorphin junkie, but honestly, my body thinks it’s a professional athlete lol.
