My body clearly has its own mind. I was an athlete when I was younger in the size that I ran track and I was a cheerleader and I was even on the UCLA calendar- fast forward you just have to like work out but there are times where you don’t want to you get injured and you just have to listen to your body and sometimes maybe you don’t do cardio and it’s all about yoga- or maybe you take a month off -but you just can’t eat cheeseburgers, tit’s going to be all OK. It is one of the most from important relationships you have, you and your body. I just want to be strong and healthy and I will admit I’m a bit vain. I am after all - a Texas girl
