Walks, dancing, surfing, fun workout classes. I live near the beach and walk there many times a week. I take a weekly hula class and swim at my club. I love the ocean and am a long term beginner surfer, and am waiting for my origami SUP/kayak to be in the water more.
I bike a lot now... but have done insanity a number of times. Cant do it too much, it really is high impact and will wreck your joints. I enjoy golf and tennis. My skills in both have diminished to the point of just recreation now...although I used to be a golf pro.
Personal trainer and meal delivery. Why make it hard? The effort is the reward. I will keep fitness a core part of my life because it helps me stay energetic and emotionally balanced which I think are key ingredients for a purposeful life.
500 push ups a week, Triathlon, Spartan Race, Swimming. I eat a well balanced meals and exercise 5 days a week. In the summer I compete in Triathlon races and Spartan races. I typically swim 2 miles a week along with road biking, Mountain biking and running.
Kissing, smooching, making out, sucking face, frenching...it burns a lot of calories :)
checking for tonsilitis in the opposite sex. it makes a girl feel like her partner really cares and appreciates her health.
Cardio dance workouts and yoga are my go too routines. Im trying to incorporate more weight training- I just hate the gym so much! Ive started doing more indoor climbing to compensate for my gym avoidance. I lead an active life in addition to international activity.
I go to the gym and have always been a healthy person.
If you enjoy the same activities together, it makes for a great time and you have things in common.

In short; I am the master of my mind. I dont like anything in life to be forced on me, I dont buy whatever is out there in the shopping isle, nor order whatever sounds good by using sophisticated words to describe on the menus. Thats for my diet

I dont go bigger size when I buy clothing. I force myself to find my way back to the size I want to be.
A combination of the following activities: pilates, spinning, stand up paddleboard, resistence training, tennis, and walking my dog. I prefer to be active and exercise in group settings rather than at home.
Reformer Pilates and a bit of golf (just started to learn this summer - handicap pending!) and tennis when the weather permits! Travelling and having hobbies which you can do in the sun is super important to me.
Gym 4-5 times a week, and yoga.
Walk everywhere have the legs for it! Used to do kick boxing so that helps too when need be. Fitness and food is how i do it, I am a foodie so i will spoil myself when need be. Everything in good portion I dont believe in random diets!
I'm a very active person, I love going to the gym, jogging and Yoga. I enjoy cooking healthy meal as much as I enjoy going to new restaurants. I like going to spa and take care of my body, my soul and mental health.
Healthy is more of a lifestyle than an activity. I dance a lot and am mindful about eating nutritious foods... you won't catch me eating "fast food", I'd rather fast. I do, however, have a weakness for dark chocolate and sushi!
