THANK GOD I HAVE MAINTAINED MY WEIGHT AND BASIC APPEARANCE SINCE HIGH SCHOOL WITHOUT MUCH ATTENTION TO WORKING OUT. I EAT ALL VARIETIES OF FOODS WITHOUT THE FEAR OF UNWANTED WEIGHT GAIN. MY REAL ONLY EXERCISE IS DANCING.

I eat healthy and exercise daily. I love weights with cardio, or yoga and pilates. I also like to stay active by being outside, walking, riding bikes, hiking, paddleboarding, kayaking, canoeing, skating, tennis, skiing.

Yoga is my favourite activity to keep my body in shape. I really enjoy walking in the forest, sometimes can take me all day. Dancing is one of my big passion- I LOVE DANCING. Working out is better than wine :D

I was a very active cheerleader and volleyball player in my younger days and developed a 4 pack. Ha! It never went away until I hit 40! I have to be very honest in that I dont work out. I never really needed to until now!!! I wouldnt mind meeting a gym partner. But take it slow for goodness sake! Working as a nurse, I sure do get my steps in walking and even running down those hallways. My eating habits....well, I could eat a steak and veggies everyday of the week and alternating it with a grilled chicken breast. I wouldnt mind cooking in the kitchen with my man!

I work out with weights four mornings a week and do restorative yoga once or twice a week. I enjoy walking in my neighborhood and hiking at nearby lakes. I am a foodie and I enjoy high quality food and drinks. Im more likely to choose a restaurant that has an amazing chef and is not a chain restaurant. When I cook at home, I prefer organic produce and high quality meats. I do enjoy junk food from time to time but its more the exception. If good food just wasnt available so I had to eat low quality food for days, I would do it, but I would not be very happy about it.

Whenever I have an urge to go to the gym, I have 2 martinis and the urge usually goes away. :-) I once passed a gym if that counts. I knew a guy named Jim. I NEVER EVER go to the gym. EVER!!! That's the place where all my friends get injured or sick!! But I do long-distance walking without going a long distance. Got that?

Healthy eating, nature, walking, dog parks, zoos, weights, horseback riding, or clinging to the back of your motorcycle! I love anything outdoors. Deep sea fishing, camping (glamping lol), boating, and any experience possible that has to do with an animal!

Always active in my mind and with my body. Time is precious and there are no more todays. I go to the gym regularly and it is a routine. I like to challenge myself to break the norms. I love walking and being outside in the fresh air and sunshine, whether in the city or country.

I am very active and enjoy many activities. Hiking, biking, golfing, pickleball, etc. I also work out 5-6 days a week doing a combination of strength training and cardio exercises. Staying active and healthy helps keep me young :)

I walk/run 3-4 times a week, do some form of workout everyday, lift weight 3-4 times a week to stay toned, and swim in my pool to keep my endurance up. For a soon to be 63 year old man there are not many younger nes that can keep up with me.

I'm a certified personal trainer with an additional certification in senior fitness. I became certified for my own personal knowledge though. I jog a bit, usually lean toward HIIT workouts and partipate in OCR events. I eat a fairly healthy meat-free diet, but also love sweets, so everything in moderation. Although it's important to me, I'm not obsessive about fitness or nutrition & don't believe in fad diets.

I used to be a ballerina and gymnast and so I still mostly do dance type exercises, gymnastics and Sleek in my extra bedroom, jamming out to music very load (on my headphones.) I also just decided to join a local masters swimming class here in Naples. I used to be a big foodie but now I just eat what I want, when I want, and am ultra petite at 52 and less than 100 lbs.

Of course, its critical to keep my BODY in the best condition that I can. But, it is as important, if not more important, that my MIND and SPIRIT are also in top-notch shape. My physical conditioning focuses on three goals: Cardiovascular, Strength, and Flexibility. For Cardiovascular, I swim 40 laps (or over a half mile) non-stop doing the freestyle stroke three to four times weekly. I lift weights for Strength and do daily stretching exercises for Flexibility. My Father was a World-Class athlete and my Mother also athletic, so I am truly blessed to inherit excellent genes.
