This is an area that is very important to me because my fitness and my body being in shape is what determines how well I race and that's my passion. So I have training plans where I have days for weights, days for cardio and days for active recovery. Training should be enjoyable not something you dread so I mix it up. I do some of my running on the beach, some on the track and some on other surfaces and enjoying nature and my environment while I do it. I open water swim in the Gulf of Mexico some days and in my local YMCA others. I love to standup paddle board both for the core workout it gives but also for the zen moment of just being out in the ocean with dolphins and nature and the quiet of the world once you are out there. I love most all sports so any sport can give you training in some way so you just have to be creative in what you choose. So my way of staying in shape is to just enjoy your training and mix it up so it doesn't feel like training but play and something you truly look forward to. As I tone down my racing and work on building a lifelong commitment with someone sp...  see more >>

I eat healthy and love organic, I have been a vegetarian for about 2 years enjoying and learning how to replace meat with the correct nutrients and flavors so it still tastes good. I have an exercise room in my home and work out daily, if not I at least walk and it helps keep my head clear and focused. I love to be outside when I am not working. I ride my bike, walk, hike have done the Manitou Incline twice, ski and have completed a triathlon. I also love yoga, pilates and barre. Sometimes when I feel like I do not want to work out, I think to myself . . . now have you ever left a work out not feeling better than when you started and that helps motivate me!

I am not a fanatic of only healthy food, but I understand the nutritional value of food products, and know how to successfully manage my food's joy, beauty and deliciousness to make my salads n steak nutritious n beautiful, and sometimes have my cake and actually eat it, too. Next, I exercise, take on challenges, love activities, travel and adventures. What do you do to stay young, healthy, beautiful and in a good shape?

Zumba, dancing and yoga have been excellent for me. Laughter is great too! Taking my dogs to the dog park is beneficial in stimulating the mind and body. Vigilent about food and alcohol consumption. I enjoy many outdoor activities weather permitting.

I workout (sometimes), my job is physically demanding which helped me keep my body in shape and that includes running during emergency code related protocol at work. I eat healthy food that includes limiting myself with my favourite white rice dishes and baked goods.

I do meditation, yoga, and exercise 5 to 6 days a week for at least an hour. I eat healthy! Usually start off my day with 2 glasses of water, a pinch of himalyan salt and then a protein, fruit smoothie with almond, coconut or rice milk. I add chia seeds, spinach, fruit, protein, tumiric, greens, trace minerals, a pinch of cayenne with some ice! I take multi vitamins, minerals, omega 3's, B vitamin, apple cider vinegar, collagen, biotin, and various other supplements such as Vit E, Selenium, CoQ-10, L Carnitine, iodine, etc depending on what my body needs. I do not take any medication! I don't need any! I prefer to modify my health with diet, exercise, relaxation, lifestyle, meditation, and spending time with people I enjoy!

I play multiple hours of singles and doubles tennis every day. I eat whatever I want and it's mostly healthy. Ride my bike several times a week. I go to the gym rarely, because I'd much rather be outside.

Workout daily to various YouTube exercises. Walking a mile a day down to the beach and back...only 2 blocks away.. spontaneous dancing around my house and yard. Eat pretty healthy...sweets are my downfall or energy booster..depends on your perception.
