Workout (Lift) 5-6 days a week and eat well consistently. Don't get me wrong, there is always time to indulge in some food, but home-cooked meals are the key to consistency. I also like to explore the outdoors so hiking helps as well.
Aside from a choosy diet, hikes and 2-4 mile daily walks w/my pup, The gym is Definitely a friend of mine! Lol
Genetics as well. My mom, siblings and I have been blessed with Good bods. I've never been over weight, or out of shape my entire life.
I've never had to do too much in the way of fitness to stay trim fortunately, I take long walks, jump on the pelaton, swing kettle bells, play racquetball or tennis with no rules, but if you're the competitive type we can play by the rules....
I get to the gym a few times a week which I don't love but it counter acts all the milkshakes and food I do love!! but truly I enjoy natural ways of working out! Walks along the beach, nature hikes, walking my dog.
I can't say I'm a healthy eater but I do watch what and how much I eat. I also practice boxing 6 days a week and hit the UFC gym when I can. Still looking for a gym partner. I actually just signed up for yoga/ pilates so this should be fun. I also meditate in the mornings sometimes at night before bed.
I am active in sports with my boys. We like to play soccer, basketball and golf. I like to be outdoors when the weather is nice. I love doing yoga every morning. I also have a personal trainer that comes over and makes me workout!
I am conscious of what I eat. I make sure to stay active as much as I can. I have been working on my health for a little over a year now. I have lost 40 lbs since then, but I know my journey is nowhere near done.
A combination of the following activities: pilates, spinning, stand up paddleboard, resistence training, tennis, and walking my dog. I prefer to be active and exercise in group settings rather than at home.

I adore being active and hike with my black lab Wally about two hours/day, golf, ski, dance, horseback ride and do yoga! I miss boating and love being outside enjoying nature. This is a key focus in my life these days...being active!
Clean diet is important as well...though I do love a cheat day! And...I drink in moderation...whiskey is one of my loves!
I am naturally thin, but I am aware of what I eat. I don't take anything to the extreme... if I feel like eating a salad, I eat a salad. If I feel like eating hamburger, I need a hamburger. So far it seems to have worked!
I exercise two or more days a week. I live near the ocean so I like to walk in the sand or on the walking path.

I enjoy movement of all kinds. I like to change it up so my current activities are different riding my bike and pickle ball are my faves right now. Before it was strength training and HIIT at the gyms. Yoga in between.
Swimming and yoga plus good mental health to know what's good and what's not for my body ...being pescatarian for years also helps...great genes...laughter and loving my life ...exploring different countries and cultures...
