    I workout religiously I am a vegetarian I meditate drink alkaline water 10 PH only if you understand that! I dont eat cookies chips dips pies or cakes! Candy doesnt appeal to me Im just a creature of habit lol

    Walking 20-30 miles /week, strength training 4 times weekly, cardio, golf (walking only). Anything that keeps me moving. I take the stairs whenever I can rather than elevators if its 2 floors. I for the most part cook my own food (due to pandemic) restaurants are mostly non existent and I learned to cook in my divorce and I'm really getting good. I really eat healthy and am always trying to find better and nutritious foods and recipes. I hope you feel the same way.

    I'm eating healthy, jogging, hiking, walking, skiing, diving, and swimming whenever I can. I indulge in an occasional bourbon or gin and tonic and cut processed foods and sweets out of my diet. Healthy body, healthy mind!

    I am a bit of a Pilates fanatic. I practice yoga, and I maintain a clean healthy diet. I love to dine out, and I also love to entertain friends and family..I haven't touched red meat in years. And I do love bacon.

    I love to keep myself in shape. I go to the gym most days. I also enjoy yoga, winter sports, water sports, hiking and climbing, to name a few. I would like to learn how to play golf. Can anyone teach me lol?

    The last 13 years I lived on Long Island, NY, I worked with a Professional Personal Trainer three times a week. That way, at least three times a week I was exercising (and in some weeks, I'd do an extra day or two walking 3 ~ 5 miles at the local HS track at 6:00 AM). In ALL those years, my endorphins NEVER made it INSIDE the gym (but I went anyway to work with the personal trainer). On my own, it's just SO easy to be lazy and, the Covid19 Pandemic has just made things SO much more difficult as it's currently imprudent to simply be out and about. I HAVE resumed walking a mile or more most days in the RV park I'm in. Doing things with a good partner would make exercising much more fun (or at least more tolerable). Who else believes activity shared with the right partner can make life more fun? Apply here!

    I usually do 45 min cardio in the morning and about an hour power walk in the evening. Sometimes hiking or yoga session over the weekend and I tend to do a lot of outdoor activities when I travel. I was brought up eating quite healthy already so I just limit my carbs intake for dinner and drink lots of green or floral tea through out the day.

    I eat very healthy and exercise 3 to 5 times a week, I am a firm believer that what you eat is the reflection of our body. I have been the same size for the last 25 years.... I love the outdoors and the beach! Paddleboard, kayaking, cycling, hiking, running, roller blading, Pickle ball, cannoning, and absolutely love nature.

    Luckily, I was born naturally with strong and healthy body , it's genetic and was raised in a loving and warm family! Happy in nature. Learning and enjoy eating healthy, do exercise regularly. Pleasure with an active lifestyle, or a quiet moment in a meditation. I am not a fan of sport; however, I do enjoy the socialness of going to a game or teach me how golfing, surfing, or sailing and curious others! Keeping life balance; do well on time management. Have learned maintaining allhouseholdchores, one minute work as strong as a cow-boy and climb up on roof for paining the edges of windows; bending over under sink renewed a food disposer; plumbing; mowing lawn (One day, with twinkle in your eyes and show me a smart way to handle it). Other minute I am be my own pianist flowing my fingers on the piano and dancing with candlelight. Beautifully dream dancing with my soulmate soon.

    To stay in shape I swim, go to yoga or pilates classes, ride my cruiser bike, walk and work out at my outdoor work-out-pad at the local park. I love to dance which is a great fun work out! I cook and eat healthy, I enjoy being a vegetarian, but eat fish and cheese and I cook meat for others. Oh! Staying in shape mentally includes family, laughter, love, music, creative fun, traveling...free spirit!

    I walk, sometimes hike, and am very busy scurrying around with my work. Design is much more physical than most people realize. I do enjoy water aerobics as well. I was doing yoga regularly until COVID hit and am looking forward to those classes again! A very healthy diet helps as well - as they say food is fuel!

    Mind, body and spirit health is key. Continued growth in the mind is imperative for sustained wisdom. Exercise and sex both increase oxytocin levels in the body, which produce a healthy emotional state. I wake at 4am with a double espresso to hit the 5am Orange Theory class minimum 5 days a week because I enjoy quality food with quality people. Lastly but most important, I give thanks to our Creator morning & night.

    I do 45' to 1 hour of yoga, gym & stretching everyday. In addition to that I do power walking & ride my bicycle every second day. I cook super healthy food and eat small quantities. I cannot live without my blender and fruits!!!

    Weight lifting in my 20's definitely helped me out in my 40's! Yoga, meditation and cardio are my go to to start my day right. I love to cook so I try to keep it healthy but always make room for my cheat days.

    I try to hit the gym 3 days a week in the morning so I can have more energy throughout the day. What I find to work best is eating the right food. I hardly consume su** or carbs as much these days for health reason.
