Daily exercise, like biking, swimming, walking, hiking, and running. Also eating lots of fresh fruits and vegetables! I dont have many vices, but I do still enjoy some junk food-- just in moderation!
Im long distance typically running 5 days a week. I also like to lift and do yoga as well to help stay in shape. I would like to date someone who is athletic as well and would love to workout together from time to time
Well I'm still trying to fill in a couple dimples I love my body curvy the way it is. I have hips and *ss and it's here to stay. I do love walking and I lift a considerable amount of weight every day working, keeping my upper body and arms in shape.
Since im lucky to live close to mountain, i often bring mybdog with me and for beautiful mountain walks. A swim in a remote mountain lake is perfect....
Eating healthy, but not hysterical!

I play as much tennis as I can and lift once a week. My schedule keeps me running so I get all my steps in. I eat and rest well. I meditate and try to be consistent with self care. I get massages regularly. I smile a lot!
I was a D1 collegiate athlete at UW so I have a lot of muscle memory. I've spent a lot of time in a gym as I was growing up and in college so I'm not a traditional gym fan these days but I love to do yoga, Pilates, hiking, gymnastics, and anything in nature.
Stationery bike. Walking- all seasons- ok, except not in lightening storms, or high winds. LOL. Basketball (will you play with me? ). Hiking. swimming. Long walks, 2 hours long through the local neighborhoods.
I love to go do physical things. I like to stretch everyday for about 20-30 minute. I try to do yoga everyday. It is great for the mind, body and spirit. I like to ride my bike and walk. I also like to meditate. I also have a Whole body vibration machine, inversion table . I like to go swimming but more for recreation.
I try to workout daily at the gym, and multitask exercises in my day to day routines. For example, I incorporate exercises in daily routines. Such as, when waiting for the microwave, I squat until the timer is done.
I've never been to gym before. but, I'm naturally gifted with a perfect figure, I don't mind going to gym with my partner if need be, am fit as fit can be , I inherited a strong gene, hardly put on weight
I'm very active and try to maintain a mostly healthy diet. I don't believe in diet fads or restrictions. I prefer to maintain a sustainable healthy lifestyle with room for the occasional coca-cola. I've recently undergone major surgery for a non-life-threatening illness and expect to make a full recover, although it will take a few months before I'm back to 100%. I have a 2-week hiking trip scheduled for the summer so I'll be in fighting shape by then!
Well as for me I try to eat what's healthy for the body exercise a little, love a lot, take my sunshine and get my rest. Smile a lot because that's my best medicine and pray because if it wasn't for God then I would have never be alive to take care of this body that is His.
I like to be active and healthy. I am an oceanlover, enjoy swimming.. and also SPA, gym, cycling, hiking (especially in California).. I love traveling (been more than 30 countries).

I work out daily by going to the gym, playing tennis, biking with my girls, and taking long walks (preferably on the beach). I make sure I dedicate time each day to doing some sort of physical activity.
I exercise 5 times a week. Keeping a healthy body and mind are extremely important to me. Although I love to stay in shape, I also love to have my cheat meals. Looking for my cheat meal partner in crime :)
