Before Covid, i hit the gym daily with an hr of Cardio followed by weights.
I Mtn bike ride 3000ft vertical gain every other day too. I also hike every other day and enjoy skiing, swimming, and trail running.

I maintain an exercise regimen every day and have been a gym rat all my life. Used to be active in sports racquetball and tennis. Have played golf all my life. During the pandemic i get out for long walks.I also lead a very healthy lifestyle.
Repetition.. its boring for a while but the rewards are worth it Physically and mentally .... make a six month training plan stick to it at the end you will see the change ... So will the person your sweating it out to impress..
Honestly im a bit out of shape but i will get back on track. I think once i get to where i want to be things will get back to normal. Ive just been going in all directions lately, but health is something that is always on my mind
I love anything on the water. Paddle boarding and kayaking tend to be my favorite workouts when I want sun. I take weekly tennis lessons and would love a doubles partner. Routinely speaking, yoga and running keep me in shape.
Eat heathy and exercise. I am also into investigating the benefits of stem cell therapy.
I have a perfect health, while my travels last year throughout 11 Asian countries, I got into mediation, which I practice daily.
I do isometucs daily on different muscle origins eat healthy and plenty of rest also using free weights to stay active. I also train with myolder brother who is a well established 4th degree black belt in Jeet Kun Do
I eat very healthy (no I am not vegan or vegetarian, I am Italian!). I have a PT that every week makes sure I do my squats and deadlifts. I also practice yoga twice a week. Occasionally I play tennis and attend Bachata classes.
Dancing to music alone; I try to keep my stretches/excercise regular at home. Goining for a walk early money; going to parks; hanging out in the countryside like long drives on a good day, listening to variety of music to keep my spirits high.
I work out at least 3x during the week and some weekends.. I walk, jump rope and love to hoola hoop. I eat healthy throughout the week and may give myself a treat on the weekend. Rest and relaxation is a must.
Keeping myself looking fit and healthy also adds to my ability to stay and look younger than my actual age. I work out regularly, and in addition, I walk about an hour each day. I feel it benefits me both mentally and physically.
Latin dancing weight training and a good diet. Plus I guess I'm very active day to day. Enjoy trying anything really

I have a beautiful stand-up paddle board which I enjoy getting out and about on. Haven't scuba-dive dinner while but I enjoy that. Prefer a yacht over a motorboat
I'm a a life long fitness guy having been with the Timber's as a FIT coach. I like the gym but prefer to ride motocross and road bicycles to keep strong. Eat right limit drink and sex yes lots of sex. I enjoy the sun as well and don't mind a n*de beach.
The gym and I have a strict 6 day a week schedule. I eat healthy but I don't obsess over it. I can eat a pizza and a burger on occasion because I believe in moderation. I don't like laziness or excuses. If you truly want something, then make it a priority.
