Waking up early every single morning, being focused on my body, my objectives!
I go to the gym regularly. I'm not in spectacular shape but I do have a pretty decent figure. It's something I'm always working on and like everyone, there are things I would like to be different. Those are the things I am working on!
Before our lockdown.....
I did weight lifting and kickboxing regularly.
I still workout at home, and at work, but I'm looking forward to getting my gloves back on.
I try to eat as clean as possible and I eat organically grown food whenever I can.
Also, I Love to dance! It too is a great form of exercise.
I swim whenever I can.l
Having sex frequently will keep you in shape more than any sport.
Why I have to write 200 characters here is a deep mystery to me.
And still, You have to write a few more.
And then some.
I love good sources of protein, like steak and eggs. Swimming is a great exercise for me and I regularly go on walks, to de-stress thus reducing cortisol.
Subsequently, I also follow a gluten-free diet, which has resulted in steady weight-loss.
However, I must admit that the body isn't everything. It is the soul that counts.
Well it first starts with your mind. You have to believe you deserve the body you desire. Next it starts with diet and making sure you are eating what you believe you are. If you believe you're trash, you will consume that. If you believe you are luxury, you will consume that. Next consistent exercise is key! Spiritual, physical and mental excercise all fall in this category!
I am horrified by obesity and by health problems related to personal neglect. I seek to remain fit, but am not a fan of excessive working out. I dont care for going on diets: I believe that the definition of diet is a regular, consistent choice of daily eating habits, and that organic food is essential to preventative health care. I believe that weight is controlled more by diet than by burning off calories. Im not into anything beyond moderation with alcohol. Smoking and the use of recreational drugs are big turn-offs.
I enjoy shaping my mind, body, and spirit in a healthier way. I love reading philosophy for my mind. I love walking and jogging outdoors and practicing core yoga for my body and spirit. I also love praying on my knees every day for my spirit.
Swimming and yoga plus good mental health to know what's good and what's not for my body ...being pescatarian for years also helps...great genes...laughter and loving my life ...exploring different countries and cultures...
I always go out for a lot of workout sometimes swimming and hanging out with friends are things that makes me happy and i think getting busy everyday helps you a lot, I just want to have someone who will be ready to be at the gym with me everyday lol...
I am very active and would obviously want someone who fits that same lifestyle. I take boxing classes 3 days a week, and I go to the gym during the rest of the week. I spend an hour on cardio and another hour weight lifting.
I love walking and walk 3 - 10 miles most days. Walking is amazing for all aspects of mental, emotional and physical health. I often have my most creative ideas whilst on a walk. I eat a generally healthy diet with plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables with the occasional indulgences of cake, chocolate and clotted cream. I drink plenty of water. In the mornings I do simple Quigong and toning exercises. I meditate regularly and aim to keep my thoughts as positive as possible as health is a mind and body connection.
I love to run but am prone to developing shin splints. Treadmills with good shock absorption are my heroes and listening to anime openings and endings while I run helps me keep going, even if I don't know the words!
I enjoy doing yoga and meditation. It keeps me in a peaceful and blissful state of mind. I also like taking walks just for fun. In the summer, I stay active with swimming and love being at the beach or anywhere near the water.
I play tennis 3-4 times a week. I also enjoy hiking, biking, jet skiing, going off road on a jeep (in Tahoe). I also try to watch what I eat, and try to fast starting at 9pm. This 200 chars min is kind of a pain....
