I am a runner. I have found that running is my mental escape while also providing the physical benefits. I go to the gym a few days a week to lift weights or do a spin class as well. The funnest activity is playing some sport or riding bikes with my son.
I workout just about everyday. Running in the rain is one of my favorite things to do to keep my mind clear. Greenlake is generally where I run. If I don't run- and the gym is open... I'll go lift some weights because I like to be healthy. Also, I have 2 teenagers that I have to keep up with.

I workout 1 hr on the thread mill and 1 hr of Zumba in the tv. I then do free weights foam bar medicine ball stationary bycicle have besides this a membership to the local gym where I try to get out of my daily routine to keep my interest in excercise
I eat healthily. I used to move a lot at work too, which kept my steps up & helped to keep me fit.
I studied nutrition, so consult on healthy eating/patterns. I haven't kept up with physical activity as of late, but my eating lifestyle keeps me in good shape still.
To stay in shape I love riding my bike everyday at least 8 miles maybe more. The cold weather tends to keep it between 8-10 so I don't freeze to death. I do weights at home along with an ab routine. Plenty of water and sleep are key to keeping my energy up, along with a daily routine of vitamins. Eating plenty of protein and vegetables in small meals keeps me satisfied especially on leg days at the gym.

I am a pescatarian and I do keto diet but my main workouts are hitt and some weights and when is summer time I surf or paddle board around marina del Rey. And yoga!!!! It's always good to keep your body health and mind as well
I hike bike run swim golf tennis and workout 5 days a week. Cardio interval training lifting abs work and crossfit. I make sure that I eat the right foods. Your body is something that you need to take care of. I want someone who feels the same way. Doesn't we won't have some good meals and drinks along the way. :)
I like to go to the gym, do cardio and lift weights. (I'm planning to start exploring the mountain biking world). I love to eat but I also try to choose healthy options and keep an eye on calories. Cooking at home from scratch is probably the best way to be healthy.
I think the best thing I've done to helps myself is to eat clean and drink water. Keep drama far from you. Pray each and every day. Start your day off stretching and keeping an active daily routine. Veggies are more important to eat than fruits.
My daughter and I love cooking healthy meals and we get our cardio in by shopping, of course! ;) would love a partner that I can exercise and stay young and active with! I also love traveling and seeing new places.
I work out 7 days a week. I love it! Over the past 3 years I have lost 80 pounds. It will never come back. My goal is to excel in something. I just don't know what it is yet. I would love to work out with a partner. I also love yoga. I spend 15 minutes every day after my work out doing my yoga routine. To me being strong alone is not enough. You need to be flexible also. I also meditate while doing a head stand. That might sound strange, but it feels great and getting blood to the brain is very good. It is important that my partner maintains her health. I want her to be with me a long long time.
High-Intensity interval training, combined with a healthy diet consisting of non-processed food mostly plant-based. Taking care to stay hydrated as well to be mentally healthy as mind and body are connected.
I exercise 5 days per week and practice intermittent fasting. I do my best to eat clean/healthy meals daily. I also make sure to practice self care regularly between spa visits and at hole protocols. Daily mindfulness and meditation also contribute to a healthy mind and body.
