I believe in doing my best in supporting others who want to get themselves in shape. From my experience I had my mentor motivated me to stay in shape and the results turned out to be great.
Moving forward that experience I have learned can enable me to take care of others.
Cardio since the gyms are closed due to the pandemic. Hiking by the beach, biking by lakes, beach volleyball. I love nature if you can see the pattern going on here. Definitely clean eating most of the time.
I am currently on the Keto diet. I work out at least 4-5 times a week. I love physical and mental challenges/activities. I completed 75Hard and would do it again. I drink a gallon of water a day and make sure I get my vitamins and minerals.
Lift weights, then lift more, I've always enjoyed working out, strength is one of my gifts, perhaps that's why I always took to lifting I guess we all like doing things that are natural to us I could do with doing more cardio, maybe someone to take me on hikes would help

Runnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn and run. Try to do at least for marathon to your to keep me in shape. Also active mountain climber and scuba. Basically have to keep moving to stay alive and in shape. Love outdoors!
My sons are teaching me to box...float like a butterfly and sting like a bee...well not yet but I'm working on it. I lift weights and do yoga...not the old people stretch yoga but the twist like a pretzel while standing on my hands yoga.
It's important that I focus every day on staying active but not in a boot camp kind of way especially with three children. It's best to enjoy the things that make you sweat. Now watch, my Jeep will break down on the way home because I wrote this.
I love working outside my house whether it's projects or gardening. I live at the lake and love kayaking and boating.
I workout 4-5 days a week which includes weightlifting, HIIT and some cardio. I'm not a gym bro to where the gym is life, but keeping my body in shape and feeling strong is very important to me. I do my best to eat healthy with plenty of meat, eggs, vegetables and fruits while having the flexibility to eat foods I enjoy. The two things I have really focused on the last few years that has benefited me drastically is getting enough sleep and water consistently.
I'm not one that will ever turn down going out to eat or having a drink with you, because that time spent together provides a bigger benefit than the gym could ever give me.
I am constantly on the move. I workout regularly, I take dancing classes and enjoy many outdoor activities. I also follow a very healthy diet. I would like my partner to subscribe to the same school of thought, since I want them to be around for a long time.
I need to start working out regularly again, working from home the last few months has not helped. Working on getting back in shape and looking for a partner to push me to the limits! I played college basketball and have always been very active and can't wait to get back to it!
I go to the gym daily right at work , it's usually different everyday,.. right now I'm doing lite gym exercises because I hurt my foot at work,... I like to work out , go on long walks ,... I'm a really happy positive person,.. just want someone to do it with me
Eat less move more. I'm in the gym 5+days a week. I'm not a big fan, particularly now, but it's a necessity. I prefer the Y and I am a member in Ohio and Nashville where I live. They do a great job following us around an keeping it clean. And they tend to be strict about mask use.
As much as I dislike running, it's a good option when time is not on my side. Tried my hands at some Yoga and Pilates before Covid happened. I just started learning skateboarding too recently, hopefully that does not end with broken bones
Genetics and eating relatively clean to be honest. However, I plan to start working out. My preference is: weights, floor workout, hiking, biking, horseback riding and tennis. I wouldn't mind going on one of those very long village to village travel walks one day somewhere in Europe.
I love to treat and view my body as if it were a temple and in order to do so I fill it with scrumptious foods and dance away, ballet. I've been dancing since I was a little girl and adore the grace and calmness ballet showers me with.
