When do you know to pull the plug on your business? Occupation Topics

I've been self employed for 27 years.  I love what I do. But I'm really starting to hate the whole employer/employee dynamics.  I guess I can outsource all personnel issues, but it's so expensive.  All I ask is that you show-up, do your job, and go home. That seems to be too much to ask for.

Are employee issues enough to consider shutting my business down when I like it most of the time?

Would love some feed back from this group.

And everyone thinks being your own boss is cake! hahahahah I have started doing more work myself because I love what I do but employees just dont have the investmen an owner does these days. I want ME as an employee :) I find sooooooooo many mistakes. Is it enough to close the business? I have decided to ease out and recreate myself with less stress.
