looking young - what is your secret ? Health

    Hello :) Have you maybe find something that keeps you young and agelessly. Share your secrets or thoughts.

    As s person involved in medicine and pharmaceutical science I have my own set of weapon :)

    For Face ----retinoid creams - tretinoin, chemical peels with acids, for body-----gym workout -

    that is for the beginners hehe.... for advanced users...there are a lots of surgery tricks :) I didnt do any but I dont have anything against them I am young for now :D

    Still cosmetical products are not enough to preserve us, so food rich with antioxidants is beneficial and the most important thing is to remove extra fat because fat stored in the abdomen area is metabolically active... I always say that is like an extra organ killing us slowly. So keep that in mind. I always recommend our Mediterranian food and diet.

    That were mine secrets. Share what you believe it works for you no matter how stupid it may seem.

    For example I have heard that some people wash their face with morning urin because of urea in it :) I suggest use creams with urea instead hehe, but still I ahve to admit that they really look younger than their colleagues of the same age.

     

    If you have any questions about ingredients or something I will try to give an answer.

    According to some medical studies, people look much younger than their age simply because of their genes. My ideas:

     

    1,Never lean your back on anything when you sitting/standing. 

       Tighten your belly all the time.

       Good body structure is the biggest element of looking young.

     

    2,Wear as little makeup as possible.

       Have a nice hair cut, find a good makeup artist to design your eyebrows or don't do anything     on it. 

       Have a fresh body smell. (not by wearing perfumes)

       Stay pure and clean in everything, including sexcual activities.

     

    3,Avoid too much sun.

       A milk or yogurt massage really help with sunburn.

     

    4,Sleep well.

     

    5,Eat more than 40 kinds of foods a day.

       Choose  seasonal foods with dark colors:

       For men, eat foods with black or purple colors for kidneys,

       Healthy kidneys help having beautiful hair and great strength.

       For women, to balance hormones eat foods with yellow or orange colors such as: pumpkin,honey, natto (Japanese fermented soybeans.Better mix with raw quail eggs), soybean milk,etc…

     

    6, Cry when you feel sad, then move on.

     

    7, Most  important thing is, be a ‘watering woman’‼️

        Drink mostly warm water every day ( same as body temperature)

        Woman without water:

    Great comments, but I also think it has to do with what we eat, and of course it is better to eat organic.

    Well, I think 10 organism a day will keep you young.  Laugh a lot.  Roll around in the grass. Take a sun bath when the sun is setting, walk in the rain naked. Sleep naked. Rub oil over your body, get a massage and take shower in rice water.  Take a steam bath.

    I look a lot younger than my age. Some people say I look 30his, while most people think I look early 40s. The reason that I look young is that when young I never liked to be in the sun. I didn't sunbath, and I wore big hats and large sunglasses. I am talking all my life and i am talking doing this in my 20s and 30s. I wasn't doing this to look young, I just didn't like the sun. Fast forward when I was in my mid 40s I started fake tan. That was a huge mistake and I regret it. But my point is my secret (to stay away from the sun) wasn't intentionally to look young...but worked. :)

    I use Noxema.  I think that’s how you spell it.  I wash my face with it twice a day.  Then apply peroxide after the washing.

    Half the stuff you do works in the short term - but makes you look OLDER in the long term.  The cosmetic skin creams in particular are known to make your skin look better for a day, but prolonged use causes spots and other issues

     

    Here is the real secret to looking young:

     

    1)  NEVER get a tan.  Not when you are 5, not when you are 15, not when you are 25, not when you are 50.  That includes fake tans.   Chemicals and sunlight age your skin and make you look much older over the long term.  Worse, a lot of the time people go overboard and have no idea their 'dark tan' looks creepy.

     

    2) Stay thin when you are young.  As you hit 40, let yourself gain 1  pound every year.  It keeps your skin filled in, rather than loose and wrinkly

     

    3)  Muscle tone counts for a lot.  Some older women have no muscles in their arms and they have huge bits of skin that hang on their upper arms.

    I believe keeping away from smoke and out of the sun really help.
