How do you relieve anxiety ? Health

    Do you take medications?
    Do you exercise?
    Do you meditate?
    Do you use herbal remedies?

    I normally exersise. I don't like pharamsuticals for the relief of anxiety personally. Once in awhile I like to have a nice bong toke of ganja or share a joint since it seems more natural. Plus I really generally only have the issues with anxiety for sleeping and ganja is perfect for that.

    I use medication as a very last resort. Deep breathing exercises, hot/warm soak in the bath with bubbles and scents that are soothing, mindfulness exercises/meditation, a cup of tea or hot apple cider, exercise helps kick in the endorphines. Taking daily vitamin supplements/herbal remedies can help as well such as, B vitamin complex, vitamin D, gingko biloba, gingseng, Omega 3-6-9 and a daily multi-vita min supplement.

    I was perscribed xanax for many years.
    I recently got off of it & discovered exercise.
    I do cardio & weight lifting.
    Especially the lifting really helps release endorphins and if you push hard enough you should be able to stress over anything else.
    Its a good way to start the day positive.
