Hello I need some help I join a gym and I have been going for 3 months plus I had a job at the time where I was have to walk 15 miles a day and I lost 30 pounds but now I need to start toning up I want to get a little ripped please tell me how or show me I live in Montgomery, but I start work in Katy in early Sept anybody want to be work out buddies ( I'll be the buddy you be the trainer lol)
Hey t there is a myriad of info on Search engine, but this could be a good start below to hear her advice and suggestions. Of course as you share a personal trainer would be ace.
