Excercise.... have the best primary physician who will tell you the truth about what you should snd should not be doing... and then try and follow their advice at least half the time. Stressing and fretting has to be kept low.

6 days a week I do resistance training.. and running. i used to work on free weights a lot but CoVid changed things and I have grown to like the new way I work out. It is usually pretty quick unless I get deep into the Peloton.

Working out my whole life. My father worked with The Steelers in the 70's in Sports Medicine. I eat right and am conscious about living a stress free life. Life is good and I envision the future to be even better.

I work out 3-4 times a week (weights, not cardio). I am a calorie counter unless I'm out for dinner or on vacations. I am by no means perfect, but with a full head of hair (knock on wood) and the fact that I do care about my appearance, I'd say I'm pretty fortunate to be told very often that I look much younger than my age.

I love to workout. Running outdoors, weight training and Lagree Pilates are all ways I maintain my fitness. My outlook is you're only given one body- it's your responsibility to treat it like a temple and make the best of what God gave you! So barring some kind of underlying health issue I really believe that everyone has it within them to be fit to the best of their ability. How you look on the outside is a reflection of how you feel on the inside.

I try to eat right and cook healthy food at home. I split meals when eating out. Exercise is a goal, but right now, not an activity. I do walk the dog, etc. But its so hot here right now! As the weather cools, Ill get outside more. I need to get my treadmill fixed!

Being physically active is important to me. I like getting in 30-40+ miles per week (fast walker outdoors even in the winter) and biking when weather permits (60-100+ miles per week). Hiking & exploring state and national parks are some of my favorite activities. Eating healthy (gluten & dairy free) is part of my lifestyle (3 cheat meals a week including pizza, ice cream and chocolate LOL). I enjoy doing races: half marathons, 10K, & 5K's as part of my social life. Prior to COVID I would have typically done 4 halfs & eight to ten 5K/ 10K's per year (not a runner).

Walking on a consistent basis ( at least 40 minutes to an hour) and weight resistance at the fitness center. .My diet consists of all the food groups, with more chicken and fish than red meat. I've kept my weight down over the last 40 years by practicing "portion control." I love chocolates and ice cream but keep to a minimum.

I usually work out a couple times a week. Mostly I stay in shape because and for my outside activities. Like to mountain bike, ski, climb, play golf and pond hockey with my grandkids. It would be fabulous if my best friend and lover enjoyed some of those same things as well.

Yoga and Run. I also like to hike and go swimming. I am a certified yoga teacher, but I only did it for fun and do practice daily. I ran a marathon once and hope to do another one in the future once the world opens up.
