I go to the gym daily, eat healthy, do yoga. I love to lift weights and maintain my shape.
I love self care and make sure I take care of myself. I stay active with golf, swimming, pickleball, tennis, and biking.

Ballroom dancing (Latin & Ballroom), weights, riding my bike around the city, gardening, golfing, and long walks. I enjoy an active lifestyle and prefer someone who is active as well. Before the Pandemic I was at the health club 4 days per week.

Yoga,walks,swimming, gym (when its open). Going for hikes. Although I have a few injuries from the army I don't let it stop me from being active and enjoying doing things. I love scuba diving and can't wait to get back in the ocean.
I exercise daily. I used to jog often but now I walk to burn calories and to get some fresh air. I do most of my exercise in the home while doing chores and constant walking in and out of the grocery store.
I stay active and love Pilaties and go to class 3-4 times per week and might start going everyday? Started swimming at age 7 for our country club in Ohio including AAU. I play tennis, golf however it's been awhile since I've played or hit golf balls and ski.
I eat less than I used to, cut back on those delicious bone in steaks with those incredible french fries and drink more water. It would be nice to find an active partner. It is not required though. I am in the gym these days.
Strength training and cardio at least 5 times a week! I try to do yoga as much as I can too, but it is challenging to still my mind. Long walks and hikes are also a favorite of mine. I also have a peloton that I try to do at least one hour long ride on weekly.

I workout with my personal trainer. She keeps me accountable. I will admit I don't like to workout but it's necessary and at the end of the day it feels good to look and feel your best. We all get one chance at this thing called life, so you have to take care of yourself.
