Lifting weights, strength training/powerlifting. Running. Stretching. Swimming. Hiking. Skateboarding. Eating clean, low fat/low cholesterol (but still enjoy a nice meal once or twice a week). Now in the pandemic I wake up at 7am and run 3 days a week. Stretch 2 days. Pushups/other strength 3 days. Hiking/walking 1 day. I do something every day of the week even if it's just 30 minutes of stretching/recovery.

I workout at least five days a week and I eat healthy by mostly following the pescatarian diet to keep my body in good shape. I get regular massages, go to the dentist, and don't put artificial substances in my body.

I'm not as fit as I'd like but do weight training at home between three and four times a week. I walk a lot and have lost over three stone in the last two years and intend on losing a further two stone in the next eighteen months

I like to stay in shape by doing Pilates, cardio, resistance bands, and biking. I prefer to exercise outdoors whenever I get the chance. I love to explore new hiking trails and go for long walks on the beach.

OMG. See above. That's all I want to say, but there is a 200 character minimum. I would say I've met thousands of characters here, so I find that a little hypocritical. Besides, why force someone to say something they don't want to? Its a female trait I tell you. KIDDING. I'M KIDDING. PLEASE DONT BOMBARD ME WITH NOT NICE LETTERS....... :)

Big fan of someone that takes care of the only body she will ever have. I workout 5 times a week. Its how I relax and decompress after work. Knees of getting a few too many miles for running so I road bike when I can but honestly Ive never had a trouble with my weight my entire life so its not a matter of keeping svelte more just for stamina.

I do yoga, Pilates and exercise 3-5 times a week. For short time I was a vegetarian. I am starting to introduce fish and beef but I still haven't gotten used to eating chicken or pork yet. I will definitely be trying more exotic meats and opening up my palate.

I eat a vegan diet and do not smoke or drink. I weigh 178 pounds, I walk 6 miles every other day and work out on an elliptical walker . For tranquility - I had my home insulated so it is almost sound proof. I use colloidal silver, Tesla Biohealing, hydrogen peroxide oxidation therapy and massive vitamins. My special deep water well taps into the purest aquifer in the USA..

Running is a passion I have grown to love. I have challenged myself to 50 half marathons in 50 states before 50. I have a love for yoga, hiking, high intensity workouts, soccer at the park with my son and a nice walk. I love being active.

I subscribe to Dr. Joel Fuhrman's theories on food and nutrition. Thoughtful about what I eat but no hard lines drawn in the sand. I enjoy sessions on the water most every day in one of a few rowing shells or Whitehalls. Some weightlifting through the week as well. And on occasion I choose to carry the weight of the world on my shoulders. Fortunately, no torn this's or that's.

I fluctuate. I know I'm moving towards a more healthy diet soon, but for now I'm enjoying my food and pushing my weight limits. I will eventually get back into jiujitsu when I settle back in the Chicago area.

My job keeps my body in shape. You hit the floor pretty much running. I am a travel nurse. I've been doing a lot of crisis response jobs since covid started. I've been to Maryland, Tennessee, Mississippi and North Carolina for crisis response. I'm currently working near home on a travel assignment. I love my job and all the doors and opportunities it opens for me.
