I keep my body in shape by eating a lot of carbs and exercising 25 minutes 5 days a week. Part of my exercise is to walk around the park for 30 minutes on the weekends. I do not have a rigorous exercise plan that will keep me looking extremely toned. I am a normal woman that tries to keep healthy and strong. I cannot sit here and tell you that I follow a strict exercise plan because I would be lying.

Pilates two times per week without fail. It stretches and finds the muscles you forgot you had. It's all about core power. Golf is a much more enjoyable pastime because of it. I enjoy cycling, hiking, and generally getting things done.

Lead a yoga-pilates group twice a week. Try to walk and hike as much as possible. Incorporate organic and free range foods as well. Take time for meditation and prayer. This is more of what my beauty routine is. Have been told my many that I look 10 years younger. Strive for beauty of mind-body-spirit. Have pretty high moral values, however, am more spiritual than religious - attend New Thought and Progressive Minded churches.

To keep your body in shape takes taking care of you in three levels: You need to nurture your body with healthy and highly nutritious foods. Daily exercise that you actually enjoy is also important. exercise not only is important to ensure you spend he calories you consume, but also is essential to keep a healthy mind. Another aspect that people tend to overlook is that regular and varied range of exercises throughout the week is also essential for the maintenance of your skeleton and your muscles as well as the optimum functioning of your organs. Exercise is really so much more than keeping the weight off. You need to take care of your mind. The mind needs stimulation and training just like your body. When you get used to doing the same things with your mind, when you get into routines your neurons begin to die.
