    I work out about four times a week , I eat very well , I try to eat as clean as possible . I like too run , ski, and stay active as much as possible. I also drink a lot of water and green juice . I take lots of vitamin supplements as well.

    COVID has had a huge negative impact on my workouts. I used to run a 5K for fun with my son almost every other weekend. This year, we ran two. I was a gym member, they closed for months but reopened with restrictions. No more crossfit classes. I bought several weights and such to workout at home. Results are not the same. I refuse to allow myself to get overweight though! I still watch what I eat. You will not find chips, snacks or sodas in my shopping cart unless its for a party. My fast food is pizza and ch*ck Fila.

    I'm not going to lie, it's genetics don't need to do a lot to keep this body in shape as least not yet. I'm 55 and been told I look 45. I would say it's been all the good home cooking, but I don't think so.

    I work out 3-5 days a week. I do strength training. I also like to play sports when my body allows me to. I walk a lot during my work as well. 15k to 25k steps a day. I eat pretty healthy but I do love my ice cream and sweets.

    Petite and slender. I eat everything and never had a problem maintaining my figure. Not a picky but not really adventurous eater. I'm actively moving all the time. Simple stretches and squats is all I need.

    Meditation, and walking...I love the nature, and try to eat healthy food. Not into lots of fry food or meats. I'm more of a seafood, fish and veggies eater. When feeling more energy I like yo pick a close by gym and do some cardio. I don't smoke. Don't drink more than 1-2.

    Im active if I not walking, then Im doin tai-chi or dancing. I was a prima ballerina long ago, now I dance every dance. Im learning flamingo dancing, my salsa and meringue are in tack. Im also learning acrobatic spinning, more like trapeze strengthing.

    I was doing CrossFit, but not going to lie, it was becoming challenging. I'm a Mom of boys, so I now work out at home.... we practically have a gym in the house. I think I have stayed fit over the years trying to keep up with them.

    I work out every morning before work at 530 am . I'm not exactly lazy it's a small little routine and it's fun . Does the job quite well. I am 40 so vitamins is added every morning and all is good :)

    I stay positive, smile a lot, practice a good behavior, great mind set, I eat healthy, sleep well, drink lots of hot water and tea without su**, bath in vegetable/fruits/milk water, and most importantly I pray to God for good health and long life.

    I do yoga and Pilates several times a week, along with daily dog walks. On weekends during the summer, I ride my horses and play polo. Healthy, clean food is a regular thing, but I'm never afraid to splurge.

    Run/walk at least 3 times a week and Meditate daily at least twice. Meditation keeps me grounded and self-aware. Diet wise...everything in moderation. Calories dont count when good food is enjoyed with great company :-)

    Swimming, yoga, cycling, running, weight lifting, elliptical, rowing, pull ups, push ups, dips, heavy punching bag, jacuzzi, electric massage bed, and inversion table (all in my own personal gym), chiropractic adjustments, facials, acupuncture, and other mind, body, spirit holistic therapies.
