    I eat healthy and exercise daily. I love weights with cardio, or yoga and pilates. I also like to stay active by being outside, walking, riding bikes, hiking, paddleboarding, kayaking, canoeing, skating, tennis, skiing.

    I have a Great gentic! But also its the result of a healthy and very active life style. Good food, good habits, Walk a lot, keep a good sense of life... I enjoy outdoors Walk, sports. To keep the mental and physical balance is a plus.

    What, am I a racehorse? I played competitive sports (lacrosse, tennis, field hockey) from age 6. I used to be a gym rat but at this point, if a friend calls and the choice is seeing her and having a glass of wine, the choice is easy. My work is very labor intensive so many days, I feel like I have run a marathon. I still hit the gym a few days a week for light weights and jumping rope (boxer style, single rotation, 30-35 minutes). Good genes and muscle memory don't hurt

    If my body were as consistently worked out as my mind, I would be super buff. I'm in good shape but not a gym rat. I get my 10,000 steps in most daysI am more about an active lifestyle every day, and have never been a desk jockey.     I do alot of walking in my job as a technician for the public transportation system. 50 push up reps with about 5 sets min and repeat that later in the sme day. Trying to do more on my home bowflex. Walking my dog, and bicycling with my dog.

    I do yoga, and meditate alot. I am also a yoga instructor, so able to help others with that as well. I am a vegetarian, and when I cook for myself it is mostly vegan. I do still prepare meat dishes for my kiddos.

    Bikram yoga, kickboxing, and long walks. Also love to dance- anything to get blood and endorphins flowing! Fitness is crucial to my mental health and I love any opportunity to get moving. Here's hoping that we're all vaccinated/ready for pool parties again soon.

    I love an active lifestyle! :D I enjoy fitness, Pilates, and doing yoga poses. Just like every mermaid I love water ;) While being in the city, I'm at a swimming pool at least twice a week. In the summer, I swim all the time in the sea. In the winter, I switch to skiing and ice skating. I'm well-rested and pampered :) I sleep ca 8 hours a day; I relax with massages and SPA treatments. I try not to stress about anything in life, because I believe that life passes too fast to waste precioustime on stressing about problematic people or situations. I like plant-based meals and seafood, still I enjoy a piece of big meat ;) And I love ice creams and pastries! :)

    I am naturally healthy. I don't abuse my body with substance, and I listen to my inner feelings of what and when I want what my body need or ask. I enjoy slow walk on fresh air. I don't follow routine. I do only as I feel, and it works wonders for me. I don't like forcing anything. I am genetically of good sort-I guess

    A balanced diet, 8-9 hours sleep, and some form of daily exercise. I don't smoke and drink only socially. I love eating out but the current situation is making it difficult which is good news for my waistline!

    I have a personal trainer and work out regularly. I had plenty of excuses for not going to the gym LOL !! I also have a very healthy diet and avoid junk food. I love dancing and will dance to almost all kinds of music .

    Hiking, cycling, skiing, working out lifting weights and stretching at the gym are my go to ways to keep my body fit and in shape. I also try my best to eat a very healthy, clean diet rich in fresh organic foods.

    Work and play as if you were still in your twenty's. It works... Eating well and exercise a must. Eating well is much easier for me than the exercise. I do a lot of volunteer work in the horse rescue circle, nothing like good old fashion ranch work.
