I have been gluten-free and low carb way before it became the "in" thing. I just feel better and go further on less fuel. I love lifting weights but not much for taking classes. I prefer to work outside and keep busy rather than take a spin class.

I exercise every day, sometimes twice a day. With a healthy mix of cardio and weight training. I love the squat rack and smith machine - working on my butt gives me life! I do also like to workout outdoors, living in Vancouver there are plenty of places to run, jog or hike.

Great genes! Lol true to a large degree effort like the rest of life. Im pretty obsessed with fitness and health since 18 when I began yoga & eventually teaching private yoga sessions. Yoga is still an every day several times a day part of my life. I go to the beach at sunrise and sunset as much as possible, which is frequently in SWFLORIDA. I love lifting weights, biking outside down the waterfront or inside cycling( old school Golds gym girl from way back), rock climbing, hiking, Kayaking, bouldering...anything outdoors and bug free! Lol I've participated in fitness & bodybuilding amateur competition & didn't really care for it nevertheless love the process of training.

I am blessed with a good physic and I don't have to do much to stay in a good shape. Dancing is always great, however I do work out regularly and enjoy long walks and I swim as often as I can. Healthy cooking is my hobby.

I work out at home a little bit every day. Especially, pushups. My weight only varies within a 3-4 pounds range for the last decade or so. I try to do 2-4 miles of walking every day. I'm vegan, so that helps, too. I'm not on any medications which is what I strive for.

Taking care of myself, physically, is a lifestyle. I have a breadth of things that I love to do but I do something, everyday. The seasons change and so do the activities. From snow sports to water sports I am a yes girl! My bike hangs on its hook and is sure to lure me, my stairmaster says good morning, everyday, and my peloton and I have a love hate relationship ;~) Yoga keeps me honest with myself. It's always hard and it always feels incredible.
