Think of the "high risk" people as people who can't swim. Think of all of the other people as people who know how to swim. Would it make any sense to tell/make EVERYONE to stay out of the water? Would it also make sense to tell EVERYONE they must wear life vests whether they are in the water or out of the water? of course it does NOT make any sense at all does it? So why are "leaders' telling everyone to stay home and also wear masks everywhere? Better questions is, why are we listening to these people and following them like sheep? Why? Just ask yourself why?

Fear is a useful thing when you have the resources and experience to take appropriate action. If in fight or flight mode and you do not have resources nor experience to take that appropriate action then panic may set in ......I think that is what's going on with governments. At what other time in this high tech modern world have we seen adhoc PPE being advocated for example? I do not know what's going on but It feels like we won't get a simplistic "Scooby Doo ending".

You are 1001% estrogen based.
There is no part of your mentality reserved for balanced, pragmatic rational critical thinking. Your beliefs are entirely emotive based and unfortunately too many just like you have infiltrated our bureaucracies and politics.
Back in March 2020 we were flying blind and there was good cause for heightened concern. But 9mths in we know a lot. We know statically the odds of dying from covid-19 at age 30 are practically non existent. We know that the vast majority of deaths are in over 75yrs olds who have multiple comorbidity issues.
You know this too, so how can you make the remarks you have?
Why do you have such extreme concern for the ultra rare 30yr old individual that apparently died from covid-19?
Where is your concern for male deaths due to prostate cancer at all ages? Shouldn't that be a higher priority?
About 1 man in 9 will be diagnosed with prostate cancer during his lifetime.
Prostate cancer is more likely to develop in older men and in African-American men. About 6 cases in 10 are diagnosed in men who are 65 or older, and it is rare in men under 40. The average age at diagnosis is about 66.

The thing about "high risk" is that we do not know objectively exactly who is high risk. We only got as far as probabilities and likelihoods. We still don't know why some 30 year-olds drop dead from it, and some 70 year-olds recover in a couple of weeks. Luckily us hospital workers are getting the vaccine soon.
