Boehners last day..

When the bell sounded, and the gavel slapped the wood; Many were attuned to the Changing Of The Guard of the Speaker Of The House. Boehner relinquished his responsability with the reality that someone was needed to pull the Republican Party to a more cohesive body in order to satisfy the WILL Of The PEOPLE. Go back as far as your brain allows. and you come up with shattered dreams these Candidates proposed, and blame centered on the Process of  Continuity of the GOV't...REALLY...

DC is broken, declared Boehner, and Paul Ryan has realized the heat of the Cauldron he finds himself in. How many splinter groups does he have to satisfy, and how can he prevent Obama to push the Executive Action button, when Ryan follows the trail of Boehner, and get's NO thrown in his face...Pop the Popcorn...Laugh with the world...Dance with the music!

Our Parents had another way to consider our Voted Leaders...It was called TRUTH!!!

I think,Roc, that you might poll your daughters on what they believe their future holds, and not be antiquated on the past. This is their future. It might not effect them now, but, there are years to live with continuum...People change with the years. I brought my firstborn up to QUESTION EVERYTHING. She does it well. We teach our children to survive the bullshit. Both of mine are Native Hustonians. If Texas closes their borders( Within their charter); They can go back...I'm looking at January1 2016- Late Spring. What would you like defined in the rederick of the Candidates by that time? You must understand that your daughter is not a perrot. These 20's-45's want change! What is your view?

It's not a matter of how conservative you are….or how moral you are or how religious you are.  Just because someone holds a Bible up in your face, does not mean he/she would be good for our country!

How can any sane, intelligent person support a party…..which submits the WORST candidates for president EVER seen by our beloved democracy????  In truth, how can anyone not do everything in their power to oppose such a party?

PS:  On November 6, 2015, three Republican presidential candidates (Cruz, Jindal and Huckabee) attended a Christian Republican rally in Des Moines, Iowa.  The MAIN theme of the rally was religious in tone, advocating the death penalty for gays and women who practice contraception….because The Bible says so.  Hmmmm….Death Panels anyone?  Anyone???

Oooooweeee….my head is about to explode!!

I wish someone would tell me what makes Republican candidates so stupid!!  I hate to be mean…but really!

Dr. Ben Carson recently stated he continues to believe the pyramids were built by Joseph in order to store grain…...not as burial monuments for the pharaohs.  If that were true, then Joseph would have been the worst structural engineer on the planet.  The pyramids are made of more stone than storage space!

When asked which non-political figure he would like to have a beer with….Marco Rubio said Malala.  What????  Malala????  It’s obvious he’s too stupid to even know who Malala is.  One of his handlers must have told him, “Just say Malala if you can’t think of anything.”   Either that or he’s too creepy and devoid of “Family Values” to understand an older man doesn’t give a teenage girl a beer and then try to talk to her.  What’s most disturbing to me is if he really thinks Malala is a non-political figure.  I mean…she merely got shot in the head because of her political beliefs!  That's not much, is it?

At least Carson has an excuse for his stupid remarks.  I think he has a sanity issue.  But Marco Rubio????  Although he has zero chance of becoming president….we should all be afraid if he got a Cabinet position!  What a dork!

"House Speaker John Boehner is facing criticism over a recent speech where he suggested that unemployed people are lazy.Boehner would clarify his statements, but he was on his second two-week break of the month." –Jimmy Fallon

"Speaker John Boehner complained that Obama ordered the U.S. military into combat in Libya without clearly defining the mission to the American people and Congress. See, apparently, you’re only allowed to do that when invading Iraq." —Jay Leno

Now that he's left public office, can we pronounce his name the way it's spelled or do we still have to say Bayner?

Bayner is fairly close to the original German pronunciation of the name.  Closer than saying it with a long O sound.

HEY! We've got MOVEMENT. The BI-Partison Congress swept the Deficit Problems to the DONE List for the next 2 years. That saves Jet Fuel for Congress, and lessens the amount of Chem-trails in the skies. I hope the Candidates do not eject their toilets over some Districts that disagree with their message.

Are we Bi-Partisan Moving now, after 6 years; With Paul Ryan at the gavel?

Meanwhile, on the Campaign Trail; some are really putting themselves out on a limb. How many promises these candidates voice depends on if the promises come to fruition-FRUIT FOR THE MASSES.

After Sept.2008, When George Jr. issued a 3 page letter to Congress, telling them that His Way was the Only Way; Things have changed. The mere aspect of dumping a 3 $Trillion debt on the American People for his, and other's that had their hand in Afghanistan&IRAQ SMACKS of OIL. Draw your own line. The 56% that rule the voting Public has some Societal Venn Diaghrams with the Seniors. This will be a 10 year integration of the 20's-50's, and the 50's- 70's. THINK...

Personally, I still laugh at Trump at the same time I'm worried about him. It's still very, very early in the election cycle, we're still far away from even the first primary.  It's still possible that Trump could say or do something so bad that even he couldn't get out of it.   Even if he wins a few primaries, there are lots of candidates who won some early primaries and then lost the nomination.

G2BK,

I don't think you have much to be worried about. Trump is just lower class Republican's temporary fantasy. A 'mean girl' with no substance.

I'm pretty sure it will be Jeb. That's who the big money establishment (upper class) want. They want to make MORE billions fleecing American taxpayers. Remember brother George???  It's just about all the same advisors and play book. I wonder who will play Dick Cheney?  And Donald Rumsfeld???  Omg!  I can't think of it!!

Oh Leo. No one with a lick of sense this side of the pond is laughing. Even to the most casual of observers, it is totally obvious the Republicans are incapable of governing!  They appear small-minded and petty, wasting millions of tax payer dollars on politically motivated witch hunts and government shutdown tantrums. I wish I knew how many of their children have volunteered to fight in the newest war they lust for.

Well, SCORP"RN"CS...Bakersfield flew the coop, on the highest position in the House. Will Ryan's Hope be able to bridge the interstices of this frostbitten Republican Party, in the process of wooing the people to vote for a Republican President? There is no telling what Trump will do with Ryan. Trump still rides high in the saddle as The Alpha Male of the bunch. Pop the popcorn. The world is laughing hard with this Reality Show. Sorry, though...I had nothing to do with this Comedy Show...SNL will have a Field Day/Season with this!...https://youtu.be/g4Ppc3jz3GE...https://youtu.be/-XH3OHKeNUs... (:LV1:)

On a side note, It seems the Republican Party has caused McCarthy (R-Calif.) to remove his name from the list of Candidates for Speaker Of The House. The Republicans are looking for a Candidate that is more Right Of Center of the Connservative line. McCarthy was viewed as being too close to Boehners views of Negotiating Across The Aisle to get the business of the People done.  Word on the street was, Trump spun like Snoopy on hearing this developement!

This is the 5th time I have removed Roc's thread on my blog due to continuous harassment. There are MM laws, as well as Legal Laws that protect an individual from this type of behavior!

Diana-- Waylon, Willie, Kris Kristofferson and Hank Jr. were all on "Hee Haw."  I also enjoyed "The Lawrence Welk Show" as a small child.

I'm a little bit country, and a little bit rock 'n roll.

"intercises" was just a misspelling of "interstices," which is a legitimate word, and leonicvirgo used it correctly in his sentence.  It was real rhetorical meat, no word salad here.

Diana, "Buck Owensville" sounds perjorative.  Buck Owens himself was one of the all-time great country singers and musicians and was one of my favorite regulars on "Hee Haw" when I was a kid (next to all the beautiful girls in the gingham shirts and cutoff shorts).  "The Streets of Bakersfield" a great song and fun to two-step or polka to.  If you look it up on Wikipedia you'll learn the heartwarming background story behind the song.

Kevin McCarthy may turn out to be good or bad but how many of you who sit and judge him ever walked the streets of Bakersfield?

Well this really is a revelation G2BK. I never took you to be a Heeeee Haw kind of guy.  I don't mind ole Buck, Roy and Miss Minnie Pearl....but I guess I never quite got it. Waylon, Willie and Kris where more my kind. But as far as havin' a great time two-stepping and twirling to.....Jerry Jeff Walker is tops in my book!!  He was an absolute blast!!!

I looked the word up...It is a value word...Thanx, GTBK. You must agree that, though we try to be finite with spelling here, some words are not corrected with MM. I meant Interstices- ICY Divides. If you don't see this in our Present GOV'T, and persistantly Poke them for their half-truths, You become Sheep to the Slaughter. All Rights of this Countries Constitution Dictates that 1 idinvidual has the Right to Protest when his Right of Due Process is denied. WAKE-UP,America!!!
