Seriously, I have met several men who had horrible bad breath and I had to literaly hold my breath, just order a water and leave. Way too ofter men don’t care for their dental higine and that’s such a turn off and an inmediate reason to be rejected. Ladies & gentemen, how many of your dates from MM have had horrible bad breath? Please share and give us some advise and ideas to help these poor gentlemen/ladies that probably do not even know they have a bird stuck rotting in their mouth. I just
can’t comprehend the fact
That they actually were in a relationship and their partner couln’t tell about the smell. Or perhaps that was the reason for the break up? It may sound shallow but it is important to have a healthy clean mouth and teeth!

You guys are real I like the way you discuss things that’s happened in your ways and trying to help others. Am not one of those guys but I like the fact you said for them to know how to help themselves. Thank you all.

You are completely right!!...I don't know why people don't brush their teeth.
I work in dental.
And sometime I get to see horrible things.

Venus2015 ,

I agree with NiceEyes ..Well , bad breath is not only because

of bad teeth and poor hygiene but also because of Nose- Pharyngeal

Infections which could be treated with Antibiotics and gargle of Apple cider vinegar ( mentioned by NiceEyes ) to relieve swelling .

Also, gurgles with peroxide diluted with water every morning and night. Also salt water and nose irrigation’s with salt water every day!!! And shew on cinnamon sticks and cloves or Star anise

For both gender of our species.  Yes I m not a Lady, but since I saw your blog I thought no harm in sharing Venus2015

Especially follow this if you are a smoker too

1: Table spoon Apple cider vinegar (Must have the mother)  it kills the bacteria that causes bad breath. Gargle and then swish the liquid around in your mouth before spitting it out, you can equally also consume it to aid in gut health which also results in bad breath.

2: Clove oil contains antifungal and antimicrobial compounds that act against bacteria causing bad breath/digestive problems. It's used as a natural pain reliever too, for dental emergency if climbing the wall.

You can add a few drops of clove oil to water as a natural bad breath

remedy.

3: Use baking powder to make an alcohol-free mouthwash. ... The baking soda will help regulate acid levels in your mouth and will fight off mouth odour. excellent to keep your teeth a lot whiter too.
