Gym. Yes. I went. 30 minutes on the stair-mill. Assisted pull-ups. Seated leg press. Leg extensions. 

 

Food. I ate some. How much? Too much? Was it healthy? Healthy enough I suppose. Oats with brown sugar and butter. Rotisserie chicken and avocado. Parmesan crusted pork chops with fake mashed potatoes (that actually taste good), and  broccoli. Sailor Jerry rum.
