I signed on to your website on Saturday, July 14 and recieved a wink from someone that same day....I emailed him, then we began talking by phone. We hit it off so much so that we were talking daily for 2-3 hours a pop, as he was out of town on business. By the time he returned from his trip, we had banked nearly 16 hours of phone conversation. I picked him up at the airport and we both had this instant reaction....this really could be love at first site.
We are still getting to know each other....but we both feel we are the other's dream person...the one that each of us has been waiting for our entire lives. I cannot thank your website enough for helping me to find the man of my dreams.
I guess the saying is right "that you meet someone when you are really not looking" because I met my sole mate. We will see where this adventure takes us :-) The best of luck to everyone else that is looking for that special person.....
Sometime back I met a person on this site that I truly believed was my soul mate. The first six months were great. We ended up getting married. Then things started "going weird" We would be celebrating our 2ND wedding anniversary on the 29Th of this month. I thought things were great. They were for him. I found out, after he almost broke me financially, that he had done this with his prior relationship. She walked away with almost nothing, and lost what she did have when she met him. I was coming close to that same situation and "got smart" I now have my head above water and am working very hard to manage my life again. Now he is in Texas and I figured moving on to new grounds. It is not the sites fault, I blame myself for letting this happen. Are there any truly honest and caring men out there? Ladies, just be careful. I learned the hard way!
I have met some really neat PEOPLE here on MM. Kept a couple as e-friends, learned a lot about the others. Jan the businessman has been the most intriguing. We met fall of 2005, lost contact due to work and personal things, then found each other again Aug 2006. Then a whirlwind of touch and go communication, because of his work, which is in global development. Finally came together for a warm week in my home Dec 2006, but opportunity knocked again and I had to let him pursue it. Sad, but it's what he is born to do and I admire that. His new pursuit has made communication tough, but we parted on good terms, with good intentions. I pray for his success and hopefully he'll make it back someday soon. That's the life of hard charging men and relativiely intelligent, understanding, warm hearted women.
