are YOU formula with the DIGITAL ERASURE LAW ?

The Erasure Law, is California Senate Bill 568. As you know once YOU post anything on the internet (written or pictures) it’s there for life , right. Well this bill takes into account that kids sometime do stupid things on the internet.  Example: posting nude pictures of themselves, or underage drinking etc. . Well this bill allows children less than 18 years of age, to remove these mistakes from the internet.

Is this Bill a good idea or a bad idea?

Do you think that you as an adult should have the same right as your children, and be able to remove content that you post on the internet? Or should adults continue to be forced to except personal responsibly for their mistakes (you should have known better in the first place ) ?
