Would a man who is 50 consider a serious relationship with a woman who is 25? I know "it depends" but honestly? What if he had no children or ex-wife?

Men don't care, as long as the woman is breathing, cute, and wont get them 10 to 20 years in in the slammer.

Have you looked at these profiles, they are seeking 18 year olds. If they only knew what would be instore for them years down the road.

It would be exciting to date a younger woman 20+ years younger than me. I've never done it.  However, societal and social pressures would be great.  There is a formula for the lowest acceptable age you can date.  Age/2 + 7.  So, take a 50 year old it would be 50/2 + 7 or 32.  Below that is considered socially unacceptable.  So, it depends on the man and woman willing to deal with the raised eyebrows.

Hi lv, There are people who have very strong opinions on this topic, and I used to be one of them. Then (21 years ago) a very good friend of mine, who is much older than me, married a young woman literally half his age. He was 50 at that time, and she was 25. I used to kid around with him (but I serious) about him marrying a child, and he was a crazy old man. Well, here we are 21 years later, they are still very happily married, and I'm divorced. They have a 19 year old son in his second year of college, and one of the nicest, brightest young man you would ever meet.

I've talked to her about the age gap. She said to me, Yes I understand the age gap, but he is a very special man and I'm going to love him as long as I have him. No she doesn't have Daddy issues ( I also know her Dad) or anything like that and he's not Rich, just comfortable.
It really is kind of bizzare, but he told me many times, we love to do the same things and have the same common goals in life. They've traveled all over the country etc..It really is a special relationship.

So, I guess it can work, but both have to be very special people.
