What am I doing on here? Dating Wealthy Men / Women Forward to friends

  • View author's info Author Posted on May 30, 2013 at 09:26 PM

I decided to join because I was curious about the dating scene and how it has changed since I last dated, 27 years ago. Being recently divorced and proudly able to take care of myself, I wanted to see what happened.
I am begining to think I joined the wrong site. I am NOT a plastic girl with terrible grammar who posts trashy photos. As a woman, I am offended that they have succumbed to that. What happened to being natural, educated (or look it), and being a lady?  and are the men really loking for a woman like that? Am I missing something?

I just joined the site and I already think it's a mistake based on the posts I see in the forum.  It looks like lots of women looking for sugar daddies.  I'm financially comfortable myself and am looking for an equal, but based on the posts I've seen I wonder if the men who sign on here are just looking for arm candies.

I did"t come on this  to meet someone  with money, I just got tired of all the bumbs.  I have enough money, I don"t need theres! Thanks for hearing me out.                                                                                   ut.

This is such an odd place to come. This is that last place I thought I'd find myself online. I feel so young too. haha... I also feel like I'm the only one here who isn't for visuals. I came for a connection. If they look good that's just a bonus. To me people can appear like complete ass if they are in fact an ass in reality persona wise. I don't expect to find much on here for a female or a male.. Just a lot of people on the low end of the food chain like me searching aimlessly for that odd turn of events.

I am a recent widow and haven't been single since college days. I thought the men on this site would have their own money, so they would not be interested in mine. I don't want to be used. I was hoping to begin with text and see if that could be sustained. If there is no communication, there is little else.

I am also trying not to find someone in what I consider a backwards way. By that I mean sex first and learn his name later. I am looking for a connection that transcends time, a man I will always be proud of and love despite what the future holds.

I posted an ordinary picture, just trying to show generally what I look like. It is not pretending to be anything else. I have already ended my subscription renewal. It seems to me that there are those on this site whose walk does not match the talk. There's the pity of it.

Yes, I'm male and I am visual.  Guilty as charged, I do want to be physically attracted to Ms. Maybe.  However, I'm not stupid and there's a lot more to the puzzle than that.

I want to be able to converse with you and respect you.  I question the rationale of the MM bikini brigade or at the very least, their judgement.  Casual photos at the beach, great.  I do want to know what you look like.  A whole series of nothing but, all professionally taken?  Nah, but thanks for sharing.

I've joined this site but am not a paid up member.

I think we all wonder why we're on this site (oh by the way, the post just before mine is full of assumptions about us men and porn/boobs etc - please don't generalise like that!).

I'm coming to the idea of creating my own blog site to find my woman.

There are nice women on here, but for some reason I'm not comfortable paying the membership fees !

You are a natural beauty and you should be proud of that.  Women post photos for different motives and reasons.  Some to entice, some to get noticed, some to show off, and the list goes on.  Often the women who post sexually suggestive photos also complain that men treat them as objects.  So, I guess you could argue one gets what one advertises.  Nonetheless, I choose to suspend judgment since I really don't know their motivation.  I'd encourage you to keep the look you have. If this site doesn't work for you, there are many more out there.  Wishing you luck in your search.

Weenonah, you are not missing a bit. You are absolutely right. The name of the site implies. It’s a psychological trick and its works for those who developed it.  Which is fine, we are all grownups here; we should understand the reason behind it.

Just recently I came across a relationship expert who claims he cracked the code.   It was interesting reading at least.  He said a man is simple. Men like visuals. Period.  Boobs, butts, legs, face, whatever. Each man has his own preferences.   You can spend your days telling HIM how good you are, how great you are, how smart you are, it will not work. Show him your boobs and he will chaise you in every corner.  Besides, men like porn.  Whether we agree or not, let’s face it, men will watch porn any chance they get (which is fine that is how they learnJ). Thus, you see porn-like pictures posted here by some women. Well, this is a fair game.  We all do whatever we have to do to attract the opposites.  (Have you ever wondered what exactly Saundra Bullock found in that ex-husband of hers? He is a sex addict and she knew it when she married him. I believe the only reason she divorced him is because she is a public figure and had to do what is right in the public eye. Otherwise, I don’t think she would have filed for divorce).

A woman, according to an expert, is more complicated. Have you ever read little romance books written especially for women with a Tarzan-like guy on a cover? I did once.  It was Daniela Still or something in that nature. OMG! That was nothing but porn. Well written, but porn, “He looked at her, she looked at him, she feels burning butterflies down in her stomach...” and so on. You got the point. The moral, the man’s erogenous zone is his eyes; woman’s erogenous zone is her brain.   That is how a multi-billion industry sells its romance books. Did you see any man reading that crap?

When you hear MillionareMatch what type of associations you have? My prototype is James Bond ( I prefer Daniel Craig) jumping  from the skies and saving me from who knows what.  I am sure you have your own associations. Once you understand how the code works, you will see the difference. In my case, I don’t expect anything form this site.  I see the site as a platform for my imagination. That’s it. As simple as is.  Some guys here are gorgeous.  They show off their possessions in terms of boats, jets, and cars, some show their muscles (Tarzans?), or whatever.  Why?  I would ask myself.  They are not dumb not to understand what they are doing. And then back to the code, everything gets back on its place.  You are stunning and smart.  Low your expectation and he will come along ( most likely not from here).
