There's a difference between "falling in love" and to "love" someone. You usually fall in love quite fast, before you really know a person....and just the thought of losing the one you are in love with, will (in most cases) make you insecure about being interesting enough for that person. You try to be the best you can be in his or her eyes, and that might not be the real true you.
But from my own experience...the sad part is that you lose the person you're in love with when you're not genuine and true about yourself anyway....so, be true, and if he or she doesn't like you for being you, the relationship is just not meant to be.
(On the other hand, if you constantly end up alone and bitter, you might have some personal issues to resolve first....)
Some may think lying is going to save hurt feelings. But those feelings end up hurt anyway & since you threw in a lie or two, you have now added disrespect & humiliation.
Its funny, we can enter a meeting with complete strangers & show respect, but if you start lying to your companion/partner you are treating them worse than total strangers you'll never see again.
Besides, lying isn't done to stop hurting someone's feelings, its done to protect your own actions & saving face with friends, relatives, bosses, etc. Lying is just a selfish act
Hello? Lying begins when you has a set mind and heart to Lie to someone, for whatever the reason. Lying is not good because it causes problems in the relationship, like seperation,no trust, anger, etc. So you tell me is it worth the Truth or a Lie. with a Lie you have to keep covering things up. But with the Truth you be honest and Pray to God for the Best, People will respect you more for the Truth Plus you dont have to keep making up Lies..Love and happiness, Evelyn..True Pure Love is the Best Love to Have Believe that?..
Totally agree Hoping.......one should be positive in order to attract positive. With a negative attitude from the beginning she will never find love. sad
